HotPriceTubs - Scamming liars - this is how to get your money back
Ordered tub paid deposit, usual 8-10 week delay for delivery, was told that logistics would be in touch. No contact at 9 weeks, so called myself spoke to Dean who advised just by chance my order was ready for delivery and confirmed my order, no I advised that's not right, oh yeah Dean said when I corrected him.
Emailed original reciept, then received an email to advise of delivery date, confirmed this was good. Delivery day came and went and no hot tub. Attempted to contact, no go phones ran around in a loop! No apology, no email no excuse, and no the van didn't break down.
Visited my bank who gave me a useful number when there is a dispute with a debit card payment, i advised them of my situation who I brought from and how much and when I was expected to have my purchase delivered.
They checked the company out online, and advised me I was able to make a legal claim for chargeback (all banks offer this it's like credit card protection), money is back in the bank and now VISA will investigate. Let them argue it out with the big guns!!!

Hi in the same boat as you.should have been delivered today and nothing can't get through on phone .in a ***.that's a laugh. Left voicemail but still nothing. Off to bank to get my refund back 2 moro.
