Absolutely disgusting person dean morley
I bought a hot tub from Hotpricetubs in Oct 2017. Took 13 weeks to arrive then when it arrived it blew up.
It then took then 4 weeks to take away then the 2nd one come filled it and the pipes burst all over my garden, came out 2 weeks later fixed it only for it to burst again a week later. Since then the knobs have all broke the display screen has stooped working. And I have not been able to use it for the last 9 months, obviously can’t get in touch with them.
And I bought through omni Capital finance who have not helped me at all yet still taking my money every month, I just don’t know what to anymore. If I stop paying them, I’ll be in the wrong yet I’m paying for something I cannot use
Any help out there at all for people like me as I’m at my wits end ????

THE WORST AFTERSALES SERVICE .. simply awful !!
The tub itself was fantastic. We had initial issues getting the couple of damaged panels replaced. Took a few emails before they sent them but it wasn’t a big issue as we could still use the tub. And we happily used it most days for 9 months until we had an issue with it and contacted Aftersales to get it sorted.
This was on 27th November.
Despite my giving them updates on the issues while we waited for the engineers visit and then promising he would be aware and have all he needed to fix it, he didn’t. He arrived after 4pm in the dark, fixed one issue which was the control panel , didn’t seem aware of the issue with the jets not working, diagnosed a faulty pump and promised a visit the next week to fix it. After that the tub stopped heating up so I emailed them to tell them so their engineer could be told and they promised they would update the engineer.
Since then Aftersales have been a complete joke. They never answer their phones- once I spent 50 minutes on hold only to get cut off, I leave voicemails and they are ignored, i email and they rarely reply, I try every means to get them to answer me (through sales and logistics, through messenger and twitter) and eventually they do but they make promises they don’t keep and blatantly lie.
I’ve been promised visits on certain days and they don’t bother turning up or contacting to say they aren’t coming.
The one time an engineer did turn up in January he hadn’t been told what was wrong so didn’t have the right pump. This was despite Aftersales promising that he did have the right parts and would definitely be able to fix it!! I discovered later that they didn’t even have the right parts at their base!!
Since then 4 visits have been promised. 2 they just didn’t bother turning up and the last 2 they cancelled stating the engineer who was due to come is no longer with them so they would rearrange and get back to me by the end of today. Surprisingly they haven’t !!
In the middle of all this they keep sending me texts asking me to book a service and it’ll cost me £250!!
Oh, in one attempt to get in touch with them I phoned the number on their emails... mistake.. I got a phone bill with almost £50 charge on it all for being on hold to no one because I now realise they ignore their phones!!
I was promised a refund by one of their employees but I’m not holding my breath.
If anyone leaves a message on their Facebook page that’s anything less than complimentary, they just delete it. I know, they have deleted 2 of mine without replying to me and when my son left messages saying how bad Aftersales were, they deleted them and blocked him.
I’ve had over 2 months without a working hot tub, I’ve been lied to and ignored and am stressed beyond belief with it all.
I emailed the owner, a Dean Morley, twice but he obviously doesn’t care because he hasn’t replied either.
In summary, don’t bother using this company because they really don’t care about their existing customers. The owner doesn’t even care!
UPDATE..
It took almost 3 months of upset, stress and frustration but we Eventually got the hot tub fixed after dealing directly with one of their engineers who was honest enough to be totally truthful. From what he said it’s clear they never had the part needed to repair the tub despite them repeatedly telling me they had and they made promises with absolutely no intention of keeping them. The engineer took things into his own hands and went and bought a suitable pump and the hoses required to make it fit on his way here and then managed to get the new pump fitted & working.
I can’t describe how stressed this whole episode made me.. I don’t think I realised until it was finally done with and I ‘crashed’.
I was on the brink of just getting it fixed by someone else but I didnt want to let hotpricetubs Off the hook when it came to honouring their warranty.
Now out of warranty and I will have nothing more to do with them other than still trying to get a refund off them for those phone calls they ignored.
I repeat .. Don’t bother using this company.. they don’t care!!

I have copied and pasted this from a google review I left but I have all emails that have been exchanged, fb messages that have been sent...and ignored! photos of the damage and a video of telephone call with Alysha where she blatantly lies to me.
This company should be avoided at all costs! They are a bunch of absolute cowboys, who basically take your money then refuse to have any contact with you when there is a problem. I am currently seeking legal advice and I have the finance company that arranges the finance for their hot tubs are investigating with a view to cutting tie's with hotpricetubs! I paid for item in june had a hot tub delivered in sept 17, the first time we used it one whole side panel fell off, I immediately contacted the company, emailed them photo's and told them what was required, they sent out 3 different employee's (I refuse to use their "Engineer" term) on different occasions and every time they didn't even have a clue why they were coming out and 2 turned up with completely the wrong part!
I have been fobbed off constantly since day 1, lied too on numerous occasions and now they just refuse to have any contact with me and my hot tub is still not fit for purpose! They remove any negative comments from their facebook page, they have blocked me from contacting them via FB messenger and commenting on their FB page all together. They are more than happy to answer calls to their sales number, but try ringing their aftersales number and you'll have a long wait, and for gods sake don't use the 083 phone number as it cost me over £10 to be on hold for nearly 20 mins in position number 1 in the fictional Q, I gave up without speaking to anyone not knowing what charge I was clocking up! I have dealt with numerous members of staff and they lie through their back teeth!
Alehsa is especially skilled in the area of lying to try and cover the company's ineptitude.... her last excuse was that the cargo crate was being held at customs (that was months ago and I've heard nothing since). Any spare parts required come from china and take a min 8 weeks to arrive (so they say) but in my case its been over 4 months and still waiting! they've turned up with the wrong part twice by the way!
All I can say is please visit the hotpricetub owners reviews page on facebook as the real review are their not the fake and carefully selected "reviews" they show on their website. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

I’ve got my money back through chargeback after a fight and now they are chasing me to collect. I can’t wait to get rid of the monstrosity taking up space in my garden. They lied to visa and they will lie to you.
I wonder if the positive review from MB below, is the same Melanie brown who is the after sales manager (alsoDean Moreleys girlfriend). Funny how she’s review hotpricetubs and Tubs2U?!?!
Hotpricetubs were, and are, so bad they’ve changed their name to Tubs2U but don’t be fooled. It’s the same people (DeanSid). Check companies House.
Please spend a bit more and go for a reputable company. You will regret going for these guys.

Worst customer service - total fiasco
Very smooth ordering process but once they have your money prepare to be disappointed. Promised 6-8 week delivery, had to chase after 8 to get a date.
Once the date was confirmed I booked a crane and electrician. I can honestly say I could have happily waited 12 weeks. It was the lies, constant disappointment and financial impact that really upset me. Delivery due Monday, I called on Friday to ask if they would let me know a two hour window on the day to ensure crane cost was minimal (min £350+VAT).
They couldn’t find my order. It wouldn’t be ready. I explained I had booked a crane, then they concocted a bizarre story saying my order would be ready after all. Sunday afternoon arrived, I get a text from “Jake” saying there was a problem with delivery.
He didn’t answer my calls it texts for hours. By this stage I was staring to feel uneasy, I had read the negative reviews rolling in and cancelled the crane, fearing a huge outlay for nothing. I instead employed a fencer to remove my neighbours fence. After many missed calls Jake called back and said the delivery was unlikely to go ahead on Monday but he would try his best.
He promised to call first thing Monday morning to let me know. I didn’t hear from him so tried to call aftersales. Here is where you will notice a big difference in customer service before and after they get your money. Want to buy a hot tub?
Sure...your call will he answered in seconds. Want to find out anything after you’ve ordered? Prepare to sit on hold for up to 40 minutes. Expensive call rates.
Jake makes all kinds of promises, but he’s a liar. Don’t believe a word he tells you. After telling me he would try to get the tub to me on Monday, I finally got through to him (via after sales and a very long hold) to hear it wouldn’t arrive. Jake NEVER answered his mobile to me.
Or any of my text messages. I was naturally upset that I had taken the day off work, booked an electrician and had a fence panel removed, but at least Jake promised it would be here first thing the next morning (Tuesday) So, my husband booked the morning off work and Jake the fake promised it would be here in time for my husband to leave to catch his train to work at 12. Jake the fake also promised to call me by 9am to confirm the ETA of the delivery. All good...what could go wrong?
So, 9am came and went and, despite multiple calls to Jake the fake from my husband and I, we couldn’t get through. Literally hours spent on hold to the “after-sales” department but not able to get through. Then a miracle happened, at 3:12pm, my husband got through to a nice lady who said the delivery was on its way, to be here by 5. Well,...
5 o’clock came and went and there was no sign of the delivery. My phone rang at 5:30pm. Hurrah! It was hot price tubs!
Could it be my delivery? No! Our drivers will be with you at 7, are you ok if we take payment? Pardon?
You’ll have to excuse me if I don’t believe a word that hot price tubs tell me so no I won’t be paying a penny Not long after 7pm, two lovely drivers arrived and positioned the tub. They were fab but exhausted! And clearly had to deal with disappointed customers on a very regular basis. By the way don’t expect an instruction manual, you will need to request it and it will be sent via PDF.
My phone bill came today and I spent £55 trying to get through when they didn’t deliver. Light on hot tub not working, Bluetooth not working, jets useless and one of the valves is leaking. PLEASE PLEASE don’t waste your money. I thought I researched but they delete every negative comment.

Just to let you all know, we purchased another tub, its amazing, its CE marked, has great jets, a real warranty and a balboa system which is second to none. Don't buy cheap chinese death traps when you can by a safe product!! We spoke to lots of people and found out...
As of today 11.2.2017, Hotpricetubs, wanted to settle out of court. We have now had a full refund and they have removed the lethal hot tub. Although this case is resolved for us, we are aware that various regulated authorities have a big interest in this company,...
Court has now served papers on "Hotpricetubs", so now we will see what happens. The court process will mean justice has been served!
Still no reply from Hotpricetubs, but what do they care, they have our money and the rest is history to them. keep sharing this link for all others to see.

Today I filed in Court, Hotpricetubs will not respond to anything in the way of phone calls and emails and we have a dead hot tub sitting outside. The warranty, which is a full service warranty for 12 months, doesnt stand for anything with regards to these conmen!!!...
Don't trust this company Hot Price Tubs. The cheap price shows, its too good to be true, but please read about them. Other customers are complaining too.

It states clearly, Warranty 1 year! This hot tub business (HOT PRICE TUBS) is disgusting and we would also like to warn others against purchasing from them. They openly admitted on the phone when my husband stated there was no CE markings, Dean the owner who sells to also Ireland and the UK stated, "it only needs to be on the packaging". When we continued asking why it has to be on the packaging only, he stated, "we ship them from China and put the CE marking on in the UK", this is disgraceful.
They are leading customers to buy and do not full fill there obligations. After pulling the side panel off the tub its had a small fire within the electronic structure of the tub (see the pictures that is the bit they put electricians tape around so they made this tub defective as well as not following regulations), also the trip switch never tripped. We have a sixteen year old daughter who uses this hot tub. I have been looking for the gentlemans email address who added his information on his review about Hot Price Tubs UK, but we have to be a business user to see it.
We are taking this Deansid Ltd (owner of Hot Price Tubs) to court this coming Friday as we have heard nothing from trading standards to date and Hot Price Tubs are not interested, stating you will receive your components in a few days and that was last week on the 18th January 2017, to date we have not received anything, but they admitted also they get shipped from China.
They have also now blocked us on Facebook. Much information from others will be greatly appreciated to help and support us.

Still no contact but I keep posting on their Facebook page using my family's accounts as i am blocked and they keep removing any comments. I did have two people contact me last night who were going to purchase hot tubs from Hotpricetubs but after reading reviews on here and the Facebook page Hotpricetubs Owners Reviews they decided they would shop else where.
Well another day no calls but I am now blocked from their Facebook page. Did get a PM from them saying Dean will call me Monday but he was supposed to do this last Friday so I do not hold much hope.
I feel sorry for anybody else that have spent money with this terrible company but I will not give up.
I served my letter nearly a week ago giving them a chance to amicably resolve my problems within 14 days but no response so I will see them in court. I am also keeping Trading Standards up to date and have contacted Watchdog.
Its been 6 days since they last spoke to me and they have 9 more days to respond to my letter or then I complete the online form for the small claims court

In one way i am shocked to learn of other people having issues but also glad to know i wasn't going mad, they made me feel like i was and that i was the only one. They claim to install 28 tubs a month and never an issue...!!!!

i'm please to announce after several bombardings on twitter & the internet & even took my case to UK Trading standards, this has now been resolved at last........it just goes to show the power of the internet, i refused to sit back, i paid good hard earned honest money...

you wont find a bad review on the internet, they work very hard to delete & block them as they arrive
i got my dream hot tub for a cool €3500, delivered & installed,
loved it, thrilled with it, a pure dream to have.
took 4 hours to fill & 24 hours to heat up, all ok so far.......
ordered chemicals to go with it, they were to be sent on later in the week, again not an issue until that 'week' turned in a month and never arrived !!!
main issue however, the first night in the tub, it almost sucked us out as it drained dramatically & scarily......because the waterfall feature broke !!! which caused this to happen.....
emailed company, all so good to reply within minutes in fact, talk us through opening the panel etc found the issue, fixed it back place myself but knew it wasn't enough so used cable ties, as i am under warranty i was hoping someone could call out to me to fix properly
i was so happy with guidance and communication to that point, i quickly gave them GOOD REVIEW ......
So off i went refilled the tub the second time in 2 days....4 hours to fill...24 hours to heat !!!!!
tub worked fine, still no chemicals but we knew they would be on soon...!!!.....and now one side of lights stopped working.....
I approached company again to seek help & track chemicals.....
This time they ignored me, wouldn't take calls, emails etc etc...after a week and having to 'pretend' to be a new customer, I got the run around and the promise of sorting it......another week went by, I left them alone to get it sorted......NOTHING !!!!
Again i attempted to make contact by all means available...
I then proceed to 'pester' them by whatever means possible, on social media, they kept deleting my comments as fast as i put them up......eventually BLOCKED ME !!!!!
so here I am with a new tub that I have not been able to use for a whole month, no chemicals, no lights, no features, no support and no explanation....
Took my money and ran....to say I am disappointed is an understatement and and its true what they say, if something is too good to be true it usually is.......buy cheap buy twice

Go to the Financial Ombudsmen Service. They will arrange the credit provider to give you a refund & COMPENSATION
I am trying to get the finance company to do that at the moment, but they are dragging their heel too, was initially told if hotpricetubs don’t respond to them within 2 weeks they’d escalate the complaint, now they are saying 8 weeks!
Are they Bishta registered if so get them involved your not alone and your councils trading standards
